I don't have these books, but from my understanding it's very possible there are two volumes. Usually when they say "volume one" there's a "volume two". Someone who has the book can actually help you with what's in it. Perhaps you can find one someday with more pictures (like on an auction site, sometimes people will post the inside of the book, or you can ask them). Usually it's a continuation of the learning of the theory/principles.
"Student's Transcript" is the key to your books. If you need it. You can learn without a key, although it's harder. The "key" will have the longhand of the shorthand version. Most were printed separately from the books. These are good for self dictation and you can record to take down in shorthand. Here's a sample of what I mean: On this site that has Anniversary, scroll down on this page (link here). This is probably similar to your book. You will see "Transcription Key to this Unit". This is what your "Student Transcript" would have.
