Functional Method and Anniversary attached to the posts below.
They are in PDF. The "Notes" is a second page and if you want to change it to make it on the same page you can. Maybe change the margins when you print or copy it.
I did add "Writing" and "Dictation". If you are following the Functional Method course of not writing or Dictation until later, you can ignore those until you need them.
If you don't want to "time" yourself just yet, you can mark off as the amount of times you've done that. For example, there are 3 places to time your reading. If you don't want to time yourself, just put a check mark there that you've read it at least 3 times. And if you want to read it more then 3 times, keep room on that box so you can check it off more, if you want. Same with the reading and dictation boxes.

For the message board posts I'm just doing something like this that you can copy. This is if you can't open the above documents (although you should be able to)
FM - Assignment Date completed 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 -
[and so on.. ]
Anni - Units -- Completed on (Date) 1, week 1 - 1, week 2 - 2, week 1 - 2, week 2 - [and so on]
[you can add things like when you read, then when you write out the assignment (and a link to the page), dictation speed, etc.]

I hope others find this helpful. Yes? No? If you've made your own, please post a sample here. I would love to see them.

Hello, I just joined... These are extremely helpful! I haven't started using one for Gregg Shorthand yet as I'm just getting into the study, but in my own experience of playing saxophone and studying on my own for several years I eventually arrived at the same concept. Here's an example of one I made when I started learning Clarinet. I'll see if I can make one for Gregg and post it if I have time. Until then, thanks for starting this thread!
