I found an old stenobook with my writing of the timing on the back of an extra steno book. This way I would never loose the timing sheet. This was before cell phones were common and having the timing easy access as a PDF or something else saved and easily retrieved. I just thought you might like to see how I did this so if you want to do something similar.
