I am a curator at a small local historical society in New England. I have a diary where brief entries (1-2 lines) are written very neatly in Gregg. I believe it is written in Anniversary version based on the year (1934) & knowing that the person attended business school about then. Is there anyone who would try to read it? I would post it here but I don’t seem to be able to post pics. My email is PortsmouthHistorical@yahoo.com Thank you

I'm one of the subscribers here who can read Anni. What is the full name of your historical society? Does your society have a .org email address? If I were to ask you to send me pictures of the shorthand, I'd be more comfortable if the email came from such an address, rather than from Yahoo. Perhaps others here might feel that way too. Alternatively, Deb might we able to advise you as to how to post pictures on this site. Another blog you can investigate is the Gregg Shorthand site on Wordpress, whose URL is gregg-shorthand.com.

We are the Portsmouth Historical Society located in Rhode Island. An alternate email that I use is a gmail account. PortsmouthCurator@gmail.com We do have a .org website that takes comments but I prefer not to post there since I don’t know the content of the diary entries. They may be of a personal or trivial nature since it was written by a 17 year old. I would be willing to send them to an email address. Thank you for your interest in this project.
