Being an "expert" relies on many factors. *speed *accuracy of notes *accuracy of transcription *can be read years later Yes, you can see that accuracy plays a big part in this. However, you can still have accurate notes and speed. Several high speed Charles M. Swem wrote at 280 WPM and his notes can be read today.
