Frequent Word Beginnings You will see the vowel is omitted in these frequent word beginnings. You may wish to study these in sections, such as 'be' as one section, then 'de' as another section. After learning all the sections, review the entire list. Even read it backwards, from the last outline to thefirst. Then you could even read it by rows.
Bleding of Phrases You will note that some phrases are blended. This is not a common practice, but can be used for some. If you find you write one in your everyday world that would be better blended, feel free to do that (I would suggest after you learn all of Anniversary though).
Brief Forms This is the LAST of the brief forms you will learn. They will be learned more thoroughly in Brief Form Derivative Drills and Phrase drills. You can now start studying them on the inside of the book. Making flash cards for them would be a good use of study time.
Writing Practice This unit includes a writing practice.
